Welcome to VideCreators P.S.C. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
VideCreators P.S.C. provides web development, AI integration, graphic design (via GFDH), and digital engineering services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or quote.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance: A 30% non-refundable advance payment is required to commence any project.
- Milestones: Subsequent payments are linked to project milestones as agreed upon.
- Final Delivery: The remaining 10% balance must be cleared before the final handover of code, credentials, or live deployment.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, VideCreators P.S.C. grants the client ownership of the final developed product. However, we retain the right to use snippets of code, designs, or project summaries in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. Limitation of Liability
We strive for perfection but do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. VideCreators P.S.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
